Robin Forster

DIRECTOR

Robin is a director of Forsite Capital, managing director of Balmoral Group and director of The Forster Family Foundation.

Robin practiced for 12 years as a banking lawyer in Melbourne, Sydney and London with Ashurst (formerly Blake Dawson), Sidley Austin (U.S.) and Qantas (secondment). He moved in-house with investment bank UBS and then ANZ, specialising in commodities, FX and derivatives.

Robin has a Bachelor of Law (Hons) / Arts from Monash (2001), Graduate Certificate in Applied Finance & Investment (2004), Accredited Derivatives Adviser Level 1 (2009), an MBA from Melbourne Business School (Executive, Dean’s List) (2016) and is a member of the Property Council’s Retirement Living Committee (2019).

Jonathan Forster

Jonathan is a director of Forsite Capital. He is a chartered surveyor from London who established the Australian operations of Chestertons in 1970.

He founded Kane Constructions in 1973, was managing director until 2001 and remains non-executive chairman. He was president of the Master Builders Association Victoria (1998-2000) and is an Honorary Life Member; was Deputy President of the Master Builders Association Australia (2000-2002); and was President of the Retirement Village Association (1992-1995) and is an Honorary Life Member. He was director of Incolink (1997-2006); director of OFG Ltd and The Over Fifties Friendly Society (1999-2007); and director and chairman of Holmesglen TAFE (2007-2013).

Lena Kalyvis

FINANCE MANAGER

BCom, CPA

Lena is finance manager at Forsite Capital, joining the team in 2019.  

She has spent the past 20 years working in several organisations preparing management accounts, company budgets, managing staff, and supporting the management team with all aspects of finance to facilitate the decision-making process. Lena has a Bachelor of Commerce and is a member of CPA Australia.

Outside of work, Lena enjoys spending time with her children, going to the theatre, music concerts and keeping a healthy lifestyle.
